MARCH 20, 2020:

Regarding the annoucement of the government mandated Stay at Home Order, it is of the utmost importance to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 as a community. Picasso Exotic Aquatics is included as an “Essential Business” in the most recent Johnson County Emergency Public Health Order. We are implementing procedures to keep you and our staff healthy while safely being open to the public. With this being said, we are still closing early on Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm until further notice.

Beginning Wednesday, March 25th we will implement special operating hours for the vulnerable and elderly as follows:
     Monday, Wednesday-Saturday (11am-12:30pm)
    & Sunday (12pm-1pm)

We ask that you please respect these special hours for the safety of you and others.

Picasso will also be limiting the total occupancy of customers in the store to ten (10) people at a time. If you come at a busy time, we may ask you to patiently wait outside and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

With more emerging evidence in Johnson County of transmission by pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic people, please practice social distancing while in our store. This means to maintain a safe distance of at least 6ft in-between you and others.

Picasso will be closely monitoring the situation and will post any and all updates on our website picassoexoticaquatics.com.

Thank you and please stay safe.

Amid ongoing concern of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, Picasso Exotic Aquatics takes the safety of the public, our clients, and our staff as our absolute highest priority. To support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19 we will be closing early at 6PM on both Fridays and Saturdays beginning March 20th, 2020 until further notice. We have also increased the frequency of all cleaning and sanitation procedures in our facility.

With this being said, Picasso is still open and operating as normal to care for our animals and so that you may also care for yours. We respectfully ask you to do what you can to help slow the spread of transmission. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will post updates here on this page.
